And I'm voting for Nader, probably. The best argument against it, as far as I can tell, is the Supreme Court argument, which goes a little sumpin like this: if, due to Nader taking votes from Gore, Bush gets elected, he might be able to place some conservative Supreme Court justices, which might overturn Roe vs. Wade, not to mention other unspeakable acts of legislation. There are several aged justices who might retire. Nominating Justices is one of the few REAL powers a president has.
I don't believe this argument because I don't think Roe vs. Wade can go down without really screwing the GOP forever.
