My band, Peevish finished recording our CD this weekend in my basement. The incomparable Wilson Zorn engineered with patience and expertise, and also played keyboards, samples, and little instruments. The CD is basically a promo disc to get shows at different venues in Portland. We've played so far at the Medicine Hat Gallery on NE Alberta Street. I'll have an MP3 or two on this page soon if I can figure out how to do it.
Band personnel: Taylor Aglipay: tenor sax, e. guitar, didjeridoo, trombone, little instruments Wilson Zorn: synth, sampler, e. guitar, little instruments Ezra Reece: e. guitar, mandolin, violin, organ, piano, walkie-talkies, little instruments Me: cornet, drums, bass, walkie-talkies, little instruments. Jef Bryant was our trombone player, but due to unforseen circumstances, is now a member in spirit only. And what a spirit!
