[A lesson I'm trying to teach myself] Okay...uh...there are patterns everywhere. Every anything little piece of stimulus that hits me is a million messages and all day long I take lessons from not me. I try hard to filter the useless from the useful, the instructive and beneficial from the self-sabotaging. So I think the lessons I teach myself are the ones with the most impact, on average, at this point.
