You know, I went to a summer camp when I was a boy, up in the mountains, it was owned by a remarkable man called Arthur Evans. In August, when the boys were particularly noisy and raucous, he would ring the bell in the dining room, and he would say, "OK, now we're all going to exit the dining room one by one at 30 second intervals, and I want you all to walk back to your cabins by a route that you have never taken, take a path that goes through the woods. And I would like you not to talk until you get back to the cabin, and I would suggest that you listen to the sounds around you".
